Hellooooo cocktail lovers! We had a real treat this week in Edmonton in the Made With Love regional finals being held downtown in the Hotel Macdonald. It was a cornucopia of captivating cocktails from some of our cities finest bartenders, each bringing their A-game to represent their respective establishments. I was feeling a little sluggish yesterday, hence no Thirsty Thursday. However, I did muster up the energy to survey the housemates on a choice of beverage. Now, you must understand that one housemate in particular is a particularly large fan of a certain nocturnal rodent themed hero who is more or less super, so we've naturally needed to experiment with a few Batman related cocktails. In scouring the internet, a favourite of ours has become the Bruce Wayne, which very quickly became the clear choice last night, for its inclusion of the energy inducing caffeinated ingredient you may have heard of before: coffee.
